1. About the service
ModernPitching provides athlete training records, coaching communication, video review, and performance tools. These terms apply to use of the app. Specific coaching engagements and purchases may have additional terms shown when you arrange those services. Mandatory consumer rights are not limited by these terms.
2. Accounts and young athletes
Provide accurate information, keep your login secure, and use only accounts you are authorized to access. Parents or legal guardians should supervise young athletes and provide consent where required by applicable law. A coach or club is not automatically a substitute for a parent or legal guardian. Do not provide someone else’s personal information without authority.
3. Training, wellness, and AI
The app is for training and general wellness, not medical diagnosis, treatment, emergency monitoring, or medical clearance to play. Scores and AI suggestions can be inaccurate or incomplete and do not guarantee performance or prevention of injury. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before relying on health-related information. Stop activity when you experience pain or other concerning symptoms. Seek emergency help directly when necessary; do not wait for an app message or coach alert.
4. Your content and privacy
You retain your rights to the videos, images, and messages you provide. You give ModernPitching permission to process that content as necessary to provide the features you use, subject to applicable law and the Privacy Policy. Obtain permission from people appearing in your uploads and do not upload material you do not have the right to share. Optional reuse for analysis improvement and public showcase is separate from providing the service and is controlled through the data-use settings.
5. Acceptable use
Do not post unlawful, exploitative, sexually explicit, threatening, discriminatory, or harassing content. Do not impersonate another person, distribute another person’s private information, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with the service. Raise safety concerns through Support and include only information necessary to explain the issue. Contact emergency services for imminent danger.
6. Payments and service terms
Where a paid service is offered, review the price, billing interval, renewal, cancellation, and refund terms before purchasing. Manage an existing subscription through the billing provider identified on your receipt. Account deletion and subscription cancellation are separate processes; do not assume deleting the app cancels recurring charges. Your statutory rights remain applicable.
7. Account deletion and access
You can initiate account deletion from Settings → Danger, or Coach Settings → Danger Zone. Read the confirmation and any cleanup instructions shown. Deletion cannot be undone, and shared coaching records or files may require additional handling. See the Privacy Policy for retention information. Contact Support if you cannot access your account or complete deletion.
8. Availability and third-party services
Network access and external services are required for many features. Availability may be interrupted, and information supplied by connected services may be delayed. Third-party integrations have their own terms and privacy policies. Use the app only where doing so is safe and lawful.
9. Changes and questions
Material changes to these terms will be communicated through the service or other appropriate means. Contact ModernPitching through the Support page for service, account, billing, or privacy questions.
